Beskrivning

Nya familjen Ally finns i flera olika modeller och är till utseendet inspirerad av vår succéfamilj Frost med ett matt och sobert funktionstyg, snyggt quiltad med tejp. Frost har större mängd isolering än Ally som i gengäld är mycket följsamma och lätta att röra sig i, oavsett aktivitet.

Bland funktionerna finns avtagbar huva, tvåvägsdragkedja som du lätt reglerar rörelsefriheten med, en lite högre mjuk krage som håller kyla och blåst ute och två rymliga handfickor med värmande fleecefoder och dragkedja. Ärmsluten har handledsvärmare för att skydda dina händer mot fukt och kyla. Jackan håller dig precis så varm som du önskar, du reglerar bara vad du bär under. Spana tex in den snygga och smidiga västen i Allyfamiljen eller våra många värmande lager i mjuk merinoull som vi anser har världens bästa egenskaper som både bas- och mellanlager.

Shell:

3/3 Polyester 2-layer
2-layer Polyester weave with a matt surface and bonded quilting. The TPU membrane will provide waterprotection and breathability.

100% Polyester
Polyester has exceptional colour resistance and retains colour intensity very well. Other benefits are its high tolerance to many chemicals and extremely low water absorption (for example, when you perspire, the material releases moisture into the air instead of absorbing it. Uhip is aiming to use only recycled polyester in future.

Water column is a way of measuring the degree of waterproofness in a garment to understand the garment's ability not to let water through. How high a water column a garment can withstand is also affected by how it is used; a harder and more active use requires more of the material. Therefore, we recommend regular reinforcement with impregnation to ensure the full function of the garment.

Breathability is often measured in a ‘g/m2/24hrs’ measurement. This rating represents the amount of water (or sweat) by weight that can pass through a square metre of fabric over a day.

PFOA/PFOS free DWR
Fluorine-free water repellent textile finishes to achieve water-repellent effects.

Insulation:

Uhip does not use down in our garments, but we have used wool or synthetic fibres instead. The benefits of synthetic insulations are that they keep the heat even in wet condition and it dries quickly. The basic principle for all insulations is the same: small spaces in the fibres encapsulate body heat and keep you warm. The more air between the body and the cold, the more effective insulation.
