Nyhet! Lång modell av väst i vår nya familj Ally med en längd som gör att du håller dig varm hela vägen ner mot låren. Västens mängd värmande isolering gör den superskön, lätt och det perfekta adderande lagret när du arbetar i stallet, men även när du rider. Den har nämligen två sprund baktill som du lätt öppnar upp när du sitter i sadeln.

Beskrivning

Nya familjen Ally finns i flera olika modeller och är till utseendet inspirerad av vår succéfamilj Frost med ett matt och sobert funktionstyg, snyggt quiltad med tejp. Frost har större mängd isolering än Ally som i gengäld är mycket följsam och lätt att röra sig i, oavsett aktivitet. Designen är sportig och plaggen i Allyfamiljen sitter perfekt med Uhip’s utprovade, figurnära shape.

Bland funktionerna finns avtagbar huva, en lite högre mjuk krage som håller kyla och blåst ute och två rymliga handfickor med värmande fleecefoder och dragkedja. Förutom sprunden bak har västen även tvåvägsdragkedja framtill så att du lätt maximerar rörelsefriheten. Västen håller dig precis så varm som du önskar genom att du varierar plagget du bär under eller över. Den långa västen i Allyfamiljen har en syster som är en kortare version.

Shell:

3/3 Polyester 2-layer
2-layer Polyester weave with a matt surface and bonded quilting. The TPU membrane will provide waterprotection and breathability.

100% Polyester
Polyester has exceptional colour resistance and retains colour intensity very well. Other benefits are its high tolerance to many chemicals and extremely low water absorption (for example, when you perspire, the material releases moisture into the air instead of absorbing it. Uhip is aiming to use only recycled polyester in future.

Water column is a way of measuring the degree of waterproofness in a garment to understand the garment's ability not to let water through. How high a water column a garment can withstand is also affected by how it is used; a harder and more active use requires more of the material. Therefore, we recommend regular reinforcement with impregnation to ensure the full function of the garment.

Breathability is often measured in a ‘g/m2/24hrs’ measurement. This rating represents the amount of water (or sweat) by weight that can pass through a square metre of fabric over a day.

PFOA/PFOS free DWR
Fluorine-free water repellent textile finishes to achieve water-repellent effects.

Insulation:

Uhip does not use down in our garments, but we have used wool or synthetic fibres instead. The benefits of synthetic insulations are that they keep the heat even in wet condition and it dries quickly. The basic principle for all insulations is the same: small spaces in the fibres encapsulate body heat and keep you warm. The more air between the body and the cold, the more effective insulation.
