Frost är en snygg och stilren kappa av hög kvalitet som du alltid känner dig snygg och varm i. Som alla Uhips ytterplagg, kännetecknas vinterkappan av smarta och praktiska funktioner som är grundligt testade och utvecklade för att göra livet med häst och hund så härligt som möjligt. Det här är kappan som du tryggt kan svepa in dig i när det är kallt och snön yr. En vinterkappa som du kan bära och känna dig fin i oavsett sammanhang.

Kappan är normal i storlek. Tänk på att du behöver luft mellan dig själv och ditt ytterplagg för bästa värmande effekt. Ebba är 174 cm lång och bär storlek 36.

Beskrivning

Genom att öppna upp tvåvägsdragkedjan fram och de dolda sprunden bak ökar du rörelsefriheten och du kan exempelvis sitta i cykelsadeln medan kappan hänger ner och värmer dina ben. På insidan av kappan sitter benband som du kan fästa runt låren för att hålla plagget på plats. Kappan har två framfickor och en bröstficka med dragkedja. Ärmarna är designade med handledsvärmare och har Uhips något diskreta nedfällbara lösning för att skydda dina händer mot fukt och kyla. Den har också en skön huva med reflex baktill att dra över huvudet eller hjälmen om vädret kräver det.

Den stilrena frostkappan har god andningsförmåga och håller dig varm och torr även om snön yr. Det sobra matta tyget och de snygga metalldetaljerna som blir pricken över i:et gör frost till en riktigt snygg kappa som du stolt kan bära och känna dig fin i oavsett sammanhang.

Polyester has exceptional colour resistance and retains colour intensity very well. Other benefits are its high tolerance to many chemicals and extremely low water absorption (for example, when you perspire, the material releases moisture into the air instead of absorbing it. Uhip is aiming to use only recycled polyester in future.

Water column is a way of measuring the degree of waterproofness in a garment to understand the garment's ability not to let water through. How high a water column a garment can withstand is also affected by how it is used; a harder and more active use requires more of the material. Therefore, we recommend regular reinforcement with impregnation to ensure the full function of the garment.

Breathability is often measured in a ‘g/m2/24hrs’ measurement. This rating represents the amount of water (or sweat) by weight that can pass through a square metre of fabric over a day.

Taped seams
Essentially, taping seams enhance the waterproof protection of clothing. Needle stitching leaves tiny holes in the garment through which water can seep when worn in wet conditions; taped seams prevent this from happening.

Fluorine-free water repellent textile finishes of RUDOLF GROUP to achieve water-repellent effects. Many plants have a natural water repellency. BIONIC-FINISH® ECO absorbs this effect so that we can use it for our products.

Insulation:

Uhip does not use down in our garments, but we have used wool or synthetic fibres instead. The benefits of synthetic insulations are that they keep the heat even in wet condition and it dries quickly. The basic principle for all insulations is the same: small spaces in the fibres encapsulate body heat and keep you warm. The more air between the body and the cold, the more effective insulation.
